The publication director and the editorial manager are the manager of SANTE SERVICE SARL. The website, hosted by Shopify Inc., 151 O'Connor Street, Ground floor, Ottawa, ON K2P 2L8, Canada, offers an offer reserved for persons acting as consumers.

Access to and browsing of the website www.hbiomed.com implies full and complete acceptance of the general terms of use described below. When the user visits the website or sends an electronic message to SANTE SERVICE using the “contact” shortcut available on the website, they acknowledge having read the general terms of use and accept them without restriction.
SANTE SERVICE reserves the right to modify the general terms of use at any time by publishing a new version on the website. These modifications will come into force as soon as they are posted online on the website and will therefore be enforceable against any internet user from that moment. It is specified that, in the relations between SANTE SERVICE and the user, the general terms of use govern their entire contractual relationship and apply to the exclusion of any other agreement.

The user expressly accepts that their personal data be transmitted to the Hbiomed product distributor operating in their geographical area in order to facilitate the connection.
ARTICLE 5 – DATA PROTECTION
As data controller, SANTE SERVICE collects personal data for the purposes, in particular, of processing contact forms under the conditions defined in Article 4. The user is informed that their registration on the website, as notably referred to in the “contact” article, gives rise, for SANTE SERVICE, to the collection and automated processing of personal data concerning them, the use of which is subject to the regulations in force, in particular the GDPR and Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, as amended by Law No. 2019-828 of 6 August 2019.

SANTE SERVICE endeavours to allow access to the website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the event of force majeure or an event beyond SANTE SERVICE's control, and subject to any breakdowns and maintenance operations necessary for the proper functioning of the website and services. SANTE SERVICE cannot be held liable in the event of an inability to access this website and/or use the services.
Furthermore, SANTE SERVICE may have to interrupt the website or part of the services, at any time without notice, all without any right to compensation.
