Shipping and Returns
HBIOMED products are manufactured in Lille, France. Production is carried out as and when orders are placed by our customers. Your parcel is shipped by carrier throughout France and the 27 European countries, subject to stock availability. In the event of a stock shortage due to a case of force majeure (war, natural disasters, etc.), the delivery time may be extended or the order may be cancelled.
In this case, the customer will be informed as soon as possible by email. For any made-to-measure manufacturing or specific order, no delivery time can be guaranteed.
For distance or off-premises contracts for the supply of hygiene products, the customer is informed that, where they have the status of consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Code, once the packaging or protective device has been unsealed after delivery, they lose their right of withdrawal. Indeed, the products cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection in accordance with the provisions of Article L 221-28, 5° of the French Consumer Code.
For distance or off-premises contracts for the supply of goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised or made to measure, the customer is informed that, where they have the status of consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Code, they do not benefit from the legal right of withdrawal provided for other contracts, in accordance with the provisions relating to goods "made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised" (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
In the event of a claim or product return, any request is subject to the provisions of the French legislation in force. Thank you for your understanding.
